I ordered this dress for a wedding I’m the maid of honor for. My dress came a few days late and when I opened the box the plastic bag was torn. When I examined the dress , I noticed a few thread pulls that are unfixable in this particular fabric. Although a nice fit , the dress needed to be exchanged for an undamaged dress. When I contacted they offered me 30% off the dress or return it. During that time they were also running a sale for 15% percent off their selection. I expressed that i would like the current 15% applied to my order and if it could not be , I would just return the dress and reorder with the dress complete , no problem. However, it took 3/4 days for a response. By that time the sale was over and they only acknowledged the return /exchanged but expected me to pay for return shipping and handling ( 30$) . When I emailed them back regarding my question about the 15% it was denied and said they were given permission to send a paid postage for my return. I’ve since asked to speak to a manager and await my postage to return my dress. This process has been almost 2-3 weeks. As I am coordinating with other bridesmaids, they have also had late packages and even lost packages with no replies to their emails. Their social media account seems the quickest way to reach them with urgency. Hope I am able to exchange my dress successfully and receive compensation for my experience .
